    Psychotherapy

    Psychotherapy or Talk Therapy is for any individual experiencing mental health symptoms, emotional challenges, or who is looking to grow personally and emotionally. 

    Psychotherapy can alleviate symptoms, but also, certain types of psychotherapies can help identify the psychological root causes of one’s condition so a person can function better and have enhanced emotional well-being and healing.

    Areas of support include but are not limited to major life events or transitions, exposure to trauma, increased stress at home or work,  medical illness or loss, the death of a loved one; and specific mental health conditions such as depression or anxiety. 

    Pricing: $200/session (60min)

    Social Work Consults

    Social work consults provided by Alisa offer crucial support by assessing individual and family needs, ensuring access to appropriate community resources.

    These services cover a wide range of areas, including child advocacy, crisis intervention, and guidance in navigating complex medical and social systems. 

    This can include but is not limited to child advocacy and protection, crisis intervention, assistance with accessing community resources and navigating the medical system.  

    Pricing: $150/ initial session (50min), $50/ case coordination/follow up session (30min)

    Clinical Supervision

    Masters-level social workers can receive one-on-one clinical supervision to enhance their professional development and ensure ethical practice.

    In Colorado, individual supervision is a requirement for obtaining clinical licensure, providing essential guidance and support.

    This process helps social workers build competency, navigate complex cases, and grow in their clinical expertise.

    Pricing: $100/hour

  • In your first session, Alisa will ask about your background, concerns, and goals for therapy. It’s a chance to discuss what brought you in and to ask any questions about the process. Alisa will work with you to create a plan tailored to your needs.

  • The length of therapy varies depending on your goals, concerns, and progress. Some people see improvements in a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over months or longer. Your therapist will regularly check in with you to assess progress and adjust as needed.

  • Therapy is working when you start noticing positive changes in your thoughts, emotions, or behaviors. You may feel more self-aware, better able to manage stress, or experience improvements in your relationships. Open communication with your therapist about your progress and any concerns will help ensure you’re getting the most out of your sessions.

  • Prices range from $50-$180. Red Jasper accepts most commercial insurance through Alma. We also works with Mentaya to get you coverage for out-of-network services, if needed. Please reach out for more information and a cost estimate based on your specific plan and needs.
